A decade in, we'd learned how legal, compliance and security work actually happens inside organisations: the knowledge exists, the experts exist — but the infrastructure to connect them to the people who need them, in the moment, doesn't. Catalsy is what we built next.
People want to do the right thing. They just need a little help.
Most compliance failures aren't bad faith. They're good people moving fast, without the context to know what "right" looks like in the moment. Static policies and once-a-year training can't reach them there.
So we're building the operating system for doing the right thing — one that assists, personalises, educates and reinforces at the moment, and at the level that fits each person's role. Managing risk is the floor; giving every team back their time and letting the business move fast is the point.
